My guess is that it will be available OTA in Shreveport & Monroe, but I have not confirmed the channels.
KPXJ in Shreveport has been showing ASN games, so that is my best bet. However, since the game is "primetime," it may be pushed to KTBS Weather channel, which is available OTA & Comcast, but not Dish/DirecTV.

For those with Sports package on DirecTV, Dish or U-Verse, the game will be on CSN Chicago Plus & CSN Bay Area
