I will admit I don't pay a lot of attention to Marshall, but do they ever play anyone of true note or power in the OOC schedule? It seems like they have traditionally weak schedules, but always a decent ranking.

We didn't coin the phrase "The Marshall Plan" for nothing. Generally, they do play WVU and VT a fair bit (all losses), but they haven't beaten anyone of note since a win over K. State in 2003. THat is, assuming you don't count Purdue last year.
