Houston or Cincy?
Both of them are probably headed to the Big12. Even though I like some of the Houston fans, I know they will never stoop so low as to play lil' ole' Ely Aye Tech again...So here's to the Cincy screwing up the chances of Houston to make it to the playoffs.
I never really thought Houston had a chance to make the final fou, even over a 2 loss team, but I hope Cincy goes ahead and puts them out of their misery tonight.

Houston had the night off. 3.5 games back in the wildcard race.

I've got it on but don't care who wins. Taking a hiatus from the NFL & they're not showing the Cubs.

I want Houston to go undefeated while they're still a G5. Mostly so they can dispel the separation myth propagated by P5 conference members.

I watched our US Women's soccer team smoke Thailand 9-0.
Megan Rapinoe should be dismissed from the team. Yes, she is one of the best players, but refusing to honor our flag and our national anthem, while wearing a USA uniform, is unacceptable. Coach Jill Ellis did keep her out of the starting line-up, but that is not enough.
I did catch a little of the CFB, and if UH had a real QB they could win the national championship. But, they don't.
Haha. Damn people exercising their rights, and Houston's QB has never lost a start.

...before this goes to the PIT or Poly board, I don't really care what anyone is protesting actually. It's a person's right. Let's not pretend like the country was established on a pledge changed numerous times and an anthem. It could be about grilled cheese as far as I am concerned; the reason is irrelevant to me. Participate or not. It's not an all or none issue.

Sure, you have a right to freedom of speech. All that means (according to the Bill of Rights in the Constitution), is that the Federal Government can not pass any laws restricting your right to free speech. So, yes. They are exercising their right to not be stopped by the Federal Government.
But, this has NO affect on companies, clubs, sports teams, etc. Companies and clubs have fired people on multiple occasions due to what they spoke or even how they donated their money (Brendan Eich was forced to resign from Mozilla due to his public stance on gay marriage.).
So, NO! These players do NOT have a right to keep their jobs. The clubs and league can fire them for saying something, if they wish.
