I wasn't really impressed with Cornelius in the Arkansas game. He made a nice catch for the TD and showed some speed, but not as good as Trent.

I love Trent, but Cornelius is a bad ass after the catch. Not that Trent is not, but in a different way.

I have only seen him play once and he only had the 1 catch for 13 yards and a couple of jet sweeps for about 8-10 yards against a defense that returned 1 starter in the back 7. While Trent tore up a very a good Arkansas defense that returned 9 starters. Maybe Cornelius just wasn't part of the game plan against us. Hatcher was good against us though.

...there you go crackin' on our defense. Our back 7 was not much (if any) better last year than they are this year. We had poor tackling by our back 7 all year last year. In two games this year, it appears to be better. We are MUCH better at LB than last year.

Trent makes people miss. Cornelius has a different style. He is very good, but will never shine in that offense.

Cornelius would be a star in our offense. Just another example of a talented player going to a school where he cant fully showcase his talents. Nothing new these days with high school kids. He has shown glimpses, but he'll never show his true talent, which I believe is NFL caliber.

Trent came to Tech, barely recruited, has stood out in a big way, will get a shot in the NFL. What more could you ask for if you were him?

Cornelius definitely has better tools, but to this point Taylor has been the way better player. My opinion of course.

In Big Time Venues Trent Taylor burns people. I watched him against Miss Stat, no one could cover him. But, he does not play for Power Conferences. I guess they did hear of Jerry Rice, Mississippi Valley, or Walter Payton another small Mississippi College.

Arkansas couldn't cover Taylor either, and yet, I didn't think we used him enough against the Razorbacks.

Sure hope our OC and QB's understand this. When the defense can't stop him, we need to go to Taylor more often.

    T.Y. Hilton went to F(A or I)U
    Julian Edelman Kent state
    Brandon Marshall UCF
    Cole Beasley SMU
    Rhishard Mathews Nevada
    Willie Snead Ball State

All these guys play slot a bunch in the NFL. Trent will be drafted or make a team the hard way
