Ordered my ticket through Tech and am headed that way tomorrow from Virginia. My plan is to arrive early, spend three nights in a nearby Tennessee State Park, cheer the Bulldogs to victory, and then head toward Ruston for the next two home games. Hope to see some of you in Murfreesboro!

Franklin had nice interview in Shreveport Times today-- got to give the guy credit for making us #1 offense in nation when he was here. He called Trent one of top 5 receivers in nation and insists that M White and Patton were "screaming" at him to sign Trent-- forgot he recruited Trent and Higgins. He also was qb coach for Goff and he was first pick in NFL draft this year.

Concerns me that he has been watching the TT game film --OMG

He had nothing but great things to say about La Tech -Ruston and the way community treated him . He has had a ton of injuries to WR and converted running backs and safeties to wr . guy is a passing genius so get ready for another shootout--- we need to get some turnovers .... captain obvious over and out

Does anybody know of a Bulldog Tailgate pre-party anywhere near the stadium in Murfreesboro on Saturday? I called the LTAC folks in Ruston today and they are NOT hosting an alumni party or tailgate party this Saturday in Murfreesboro like they usually do for road games.

The wife and I are taking the 4 1/2 hour drive from Arkansas over saturday morning and staying that night. Let me know if you have any good ideas for Tech fans to kill a few hours until kickoff. We haven't made any plans yet, figured we'd grab a late lunch somewhere and play it by ear.
