We were 14-7 with UTEP at home late in the game. There isn't a gimme left on the schedule.

If we don't beat WKU Thursday night, you can kiss a conferences championship and this "bowl" stuff goodbye. Unfortunately, our team has painted themselves into a corner.

WKU is another game that we were predicted to be an underdog in and lose at home, but finish with a 7-5 season record and a bowl bid. So far we've lost the games we were predicted to lose and won the ones we were predicted to win. The early odds today are showing this as an "even" bet.

Oct. 6, 2016BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic University football game originally scheduled for Saturday at 3:30 p.m. against Charlotte at FAU Stadium has been postponed.

The game is tentatively rescheduled for the following day, Sunday, Oct. 9 at noon. The final determination of the status of the game will not be made until the storm system has passed through the Boca Raton area and a post-storm assessment has been made.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who is in the path of Hurricane Matthew,” said Pat Chun, vice president and director of athletics. “Supporting our community, state and region is the current focus of FAU Athletics. We thank our friends at Charlotte for their understanding and assistance."

I find it hilarious that if LSU would not of applied pressure to UF and the SEC office, they would be playing a game tomorrow - now they won't and may not at all...

Just because Spurrier had jumped the shark and USC had thrown in the towel doesn't mean a precedent had been set for future "hurricane" games
