I think there are a ton of LBs on the roster, a lot red shirted. But are they any good?
So I went to the roster and counted 15 LBs. Somewhere among them there has to be 4 or 5 good ones.
We need our COYHCSH to try playing some of the guys who might actually be able to tackle instead of those we've seen play who are afraid to tackle. Some of those he loves so much quit on the team before the season was over.
. When you been around Tech Football for 50 years you have seen the real bottom feeders and you may one day understand that spread offense leads to a lot of scoring on both sides. Really tired of trying to explain the co-relation to folks who just do not get it.
I was in Houston at game with my friend Bob-- at halftime they honored donor of $100 million . I saw a thread saying Houston is doing a 1 billion fundraiser. Been to Boise 3 times and it's always packed and wealthy fan base. Really tired of trying to explain to a handful of posters that we are a bottom on feeder $$$ wise but consistently put a fun product on field.
Bottom feeders do not put 7 players in NFL in 1 year and probably 3 more this year.
SO you want a big time defensive coach on a small time budget--- my problem is I live on planet earth

Houston built new stadium about 125 million last year . Athletic income around 65 million
Boise and Utah around 45 million each. According to USA Today. Tech around 22 million. Reality is no one really cares about those 3 schools much-- it's all about SEC- Bad N Dame teams - Ohio - Michigan USC - Etc. you and I do care about the TCU -Texas Techs - Boises- because we know those teams . Ones you picked have double and triple our revenue and that is the real world
I'm still amazed by the whole money excuse. A person can either coach, or they can't. The amount of money they are paid is irrelevant.
Mrs. TD just texted me and asked if we signed a DC today?
Had to tell her "No".
Have we not fired Baker yet?
