As I said before ...they get the refs from the clown organization at the nearest circus!
As a Louisiana Tech alum, am I not allowed to officiate basketball games at NSU, ULM and ULL? My conflict of interest exists at Louisiana Tech, my alma mater, not at those other schools.

Paul Labene used to ref our games and I believe he may have been a Tech grad.
I wouldnt want to ref Techs games because I would have a clear conflict of interest.
As long as you don't suck. Antee sucks. If he sucks equally at games not being played by LA Tech, I don't know. I do know his calls/non-calls have impacted outcomes wrongly. And he has a well known disdain for LA Tech as evidenced by his I Bowl actions.
Every college grad come from on place and refs at other places. (I know, Captain Obvious) You just have to hope people can be pros about it. You just have to pray that a USC grad isn't going to screw around with the Stanford/Notre Dame game knowing that his school will play both of them that year. However, there is plenty of evidence to the fact that Antee isn't capable of that.

There was a LaBene who played for Tech over 50 years ago (in 1962 - before my time) and I assume he would be too old to be the one being mentioned.
