So, Ecuador has cut off Assange's Internet access? I smell a rat, in the form of obummer who has issued a threat, or a bribe, to Ecuador.

I think I saw that Texas is in play. I guess I'm going to have to go vote against her even if it is futile. Can't be silent in the face of evil.

    Re: The Latest Real News

I think this is a REAL possibility if the feds try to turn Texas blue...

Democrats have been predicting that Texas would turn their way for years, arguing that the rising Hispanic population there would make the state competitive in presidential races after decades of voting reliably for Republicans. That shift has yet to occur. The GOP margin actually grew between 2008 and 2012, and recent statewide races for senator and governor haven’t been close, either. Could Trump accelerate Texas’s leftward move? It’s certainly possible. While the state might not be winnable for Clinton in 2016, Democrats will take solace in the finding that younger voters and Hispanics—by a 68-27 percent margin—are moving their way. The future viability they’ve long envisioned in the Lone Star State might finally be drawing closer—if only Texas doesn’t flee the U.S. before it arrives.

1,000 Clinton-Petraeus emails missing from records sent to State, FBI files show

By Catherine Herridge, Pamela K. Browne
    Published October 22, 2016

Roughly 1,000 emails between Hillary Clinton and Gen. David Petraeus were thought to be missing from the 30,000 emails provided by Clinton’s team to the State Department in December 2014, according to the newly released FBI investigative files.
Additional documents obtained through a federal lawsuit by Judicial Watch show Clinton had directed Petraeus to send her emails at her personal address, which was used for all government work during her tenure as secretary of state.
In a heavily redacted FBI interview summary from Aug. 17, 2015, a State Department employee from the Office of Information and Programs and Services (IPS), which handles Freedom of Information Act requests, discussed how Petraeus’ records apparently were not among the work-related emails provided by the former secretary's team.
"CENTCOM records shows approximately 1,000 work-related emails between Clinton's personal email and General David PETRAEUS, former Commander of CENTCOM and former Director of the CIA," said the employee, whose name is redacted, according to the summary. "Most of those 1,000 emails were not believed to be included in the 30,000 emails that IPS was reviewing. Out of the 30,000 emails, IPS only had a few emails from or related to PETRAEUS as well as a few related to Leon PANETTA, former Secretary of Defense."
The same employee reported on a January 2015 status briefing about the emails given by State Department senior official Patrick Kennedy who is now at the center of "quid pro quo" allegations – that he offered to help the FBI get more slots for agencies overseas in exchange for downgrading an email to unclassified. The FBI and State now emphasize the deal never happened.
"KENNEDY and [redacted] were each provided with two binders full of email examples of documents [redacted] believed were possibly classified. [Redacted] returned her binders to [redacted] but KENNEDY decided to keep his binders following the brief. [Redacted] was not aware of anyone in IPS or at STATE who received the rules or parameters the CLINTON team and/or WILLIAMS & Connolly used to segregate Clinton's personal and office work emails."
As previously reported by Fox News, there are still two missing “bankers boxes” of emails that cannot be accounted for by Hillary Clinton’s legal team Williams & Connolly.
Clinton later maintained during congressional testimony that her team read every email, but FBI Director James Comey later said that was not true and only broad search terms were used.
In addition, new emails obtained through an ongoing federal lawsuit by Judicial Watch show that on Jan. 10, 2009, Clinton told Petraeus -- who was then CENTCOM commander -- to use her personal address on a BlackBerry account. "If there is ever anything you need or want me to know, pls use this personal email address. All the best, Hillary," she wrote.
One of the most intriguing and highly redacted documents released by the FBI is a witness interview with a CIA agent on June 10, 2016. The names of the FBI agents and the CIA agent and attorney are all redacted, but it is clear they were reviewing “Top Secret” emails too damaging to national security to release under any circumstances.
According to page 66, “After reviewing the email, [redacted] exclaimed [redacted] is an idiot. [redacted] further explained he believed the email was problematic.” The CIA was apparently referring to the writer of the email, adding "[redacted] expressed his opinion that DoS was not very careful."
Fox News estimates at least 95 percent of the CIA agent’s three-page interview was blacked out. “[redacted] did not have any direct knowledge of DoS officials using unclassified or ‘barely classified’ channels [redacted] but he suspected it," the document says. The CIA statement concluded as follows: “[redacted] expressed his opinion that DoS (Departmen

Clinton confidant complained Bill had undisclosed conflicts of interest at Foundation
Longtime Clinton confidant Doug Band suggested Bill Clinton had ongoing conflicts of interest while serving as a board member on the Clinton Global Initiative, and Band said the former president did not sign the organization’s policy on it.

In an email chain from 2011, Band, who founded the consulting firm Teneo, questioned why Bill Clinton was not required to sign CGI’s conflict of interest policy, despite being paid and receiving high value gifts from three sponsors.

“I signed a conflict of interest policy as a board member of cgi,” Band wrote on Nov. 17, 2011, before describing his own disclosures. “On it, I wrote that my wife designs bags for cgi, and loses money doing so plus donating her time And that teneo represents 4 cgi sponsors, 3 of which teneo brought to cgi.”

He then expressed concerns that Bill Clinton himself was not required to sign the same document.

“Oddly, wjc does not have to sign such a document even though he is personally paid by 3 cgi sponsors, gets many expensive gifts from them, some that are at home etc,” he wrote.

The assertion came from the latest trove of hacked documents stolen from the email account of John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, and released by WikiLeaks on Thursday.

“I could add 500 different examples of things like this,” Band wrote in the same email exchange.

Other hacked documents suggest Band was frustrated that Bill Clinton wasn’t getting the same kind of scrutiny that Band’s consulting company was, in a discussion about a memo on “infrastructure” circulated among top Clinton allies including Cheryl Mills and Podesta, according to the email chain.

“As you both have seen by my memo, you now understand the facts of teneo,” he began on November 13. “How then do we go through an exercise like this and wjc doesn't as he is far more conflicted every single day in what he does? Why not apply the structure you set up for him to this situation?”

Band went on to flag five potential conflicts of interest that top staff in Clinton world may have had, including CGI’s CEO Bob Harrison and the vice chairman of the Clinton Health Access Initiative Ira Magaziner, as well as Chelsea Clinton.
“Ira runs chai and has been doing outside consulting all these years Bob harrison has a ton of goldman stock and makes decisions on goldmans engagement/role in cgi Valerie uses office space of a donor in Chicago Bruce was paid by his law firm for years and may still be,” he started.

“People sit on boards, for profit ones and not for profit ones. I am sure there are many others we don't know about,” he wrote. “Cvc [an abbreviated name for Chelsea Clinton used in staff emails] uses office space to run a business…I just don't think any of this is right.”

Band said he wasn’t sure how to best characterize Teneo’s involvement “raising millions for the foundation,” but suggested one possibility: “Perhaps an ethics officer like state has, which can be yet another staff person I get to raise the money to pay.....” he wrote.

“Teneo is the only one of any of those that are additive to the foundation,” he went on, in an apparent reference to the previous concerns he flagged. “Everyone takes, everyone, except we are the ones who do everything back to him.”

Mills, a longtime Clinton ally, in her reply, suggested a different structural framework and wrote that the many concerns Band raised would be caught by their "audit."

“Many of issues you flag will get captured by corporate audit and receive common policy application as against all entities/individuals with multiple lines,” she wrote.

It appears that Mills was referencing an audit conducted by Simpon Thacher, a New York law fir, intended to review “potential conflicts of interest.” According to other hacked materials previously released by WikiLeaks, the review found that “many interviewees were unaware” of the existing conflict of interest and outside employment policies.

In the latest batch of emails, Podesta suggested removing Marc Lasry, a hedge fund billionaire and Clinton adviser, from the document the staff was discussing.

“If I were you I'd take Lasry out of this. You'll get into a deep debate about who's right and who's not with CC [Chelsea Clinton] on this. The list is really strong without it, so why get into that,” Podesta wrote.

POLITICO reported earlier about the infighting between Chelsea Clinton and top aides over how to best manage possible conflicts involving Teneo, which provided services for Foundation donors prior to Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state, and the family’s charitable work. Other hacked emails indicate that Band was quick to dismiss Chelsea Clinton as entitled.

“She is acting like a spoiled brat kid who has nothing else to do but create issues to justify what she's doing because she, as she has said, hasn't found her way and has a lack of focus in her life,” Band wrote to Podesta.

Responding to Podesta’s earlier suggestion to remove Lasry from the document, Band said, “i removed he lasry section all together,” before flagging other possible concerns, this time with Bill Clinton’s speeches to finical firms like UBS and suggesting that advisers “could care less” if he actually delivers the speeches he signs off on.

“… as for ubs, for ex, wjc did a speech for vernon last week for 50k,” he wrote. “…the ubs deal i made was 6 speeches for 150…3 in 2011 which he has done and 3 in 2012 which he can do regardless, he signs off on them all and we could care a less if he does them or not.”

The next month, in December, Chelsea Clinton emailed aides that people she met with in London had “serious concerns” about Teneo’s use of Bill Clinton’s name to help set up client meetings, other stolen emails released by WikiLeaks indicate.

“I will raise all of this and more with my father this evening," she wrote.

Doug Band did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Ken Vogel and Josh Gerstein contributed to this report.

Concern Grows Over Soros-Linked Voting Machines

Sixteen states may be using balloting equipment from a company tied to the leftist billionaire
by Edmund Kozak | Updated 24 Oct 2016 at 5:21 PM
Concern is growing over revelations that voting machines in a significant number of states could*be linked to*a company tied directly to billionaire leftist George Soros and his personal quest to create a nationless, borderless global state.

The U.K.-based Smartmatic company posted a flow-chart*on its website that it had provided voting machines for 16 states, including important battleground states like Florida and Arizona. Smartmatic Chairman*Mark Malloch-Brown is a former U.N. official and sits on the board of Soros’ Open Society Foundations. Since the story first broke, the flow-chart has disappeared from Smartmatic’s website, raising further questions about the real status of the*Soros-tied voting equipment and whether it is truly being deployed in U.S. elections.

If Malloch-Brown’s Soros ties weren’t troubling enough, he also has ties to the Clintons through his work at two consulting firms.
According to a spokesperson for the National Association of Secretaries of State, Smartmatic is not on a list of federally certified providers for election systems and officials in several states’ have contested that their equipment came*from Smartmatic. Why, then, had Smartmatic bragged about providing over 50,000 voting machines for U.S. elections?

Leaked emails courtesy of WikiLeaks have shed further light on the deeply incestuous relationship between Soros and high-level Democratic Party players. The discovery that a*man who may have provided*voting equipment to*16 states is tied directly to the man who has given millions of dollars to the Clinton campaign and various progressive and globalist causes will surely leave a bad taste in many voters’ mouths.

Malloch-Brown’s ties to Soros stretch far beyond his position at OSF. In the mid-1990s, Malloch-Brown was part of the Soros Advisory Committee on Bosnia. Malloch-Brown is also a member of the executive committee of the International Crisis Group, an organization he co-founded in the 1990s and built primarily with funds from George Soros’ personal fortune.

Whilst working for the U.N., Malloch-Brown rented an apartment from Soros when on assignment in New York. In 2007, Soros appointed Malloch-Brown vice president of his Quantum Funds, vice chairman of Soros Fund Management, and vice chairman of the Open Society Institute (the former name of OSF).

If Malloch-Brown's Soros ties weren't troubling enough, he also has ties to the Clintons through his work at two consulting firms known for their Clinton connections.

Malloch-Brown was a partner with Sawyer-Miller, the consulting firm where close Clinton associate Mandy Grunwald once worked. She ran the firm's communications contract with the 1992 Clinton campaign. Malloch-Brown was also a senior adviser to FTI Consulting, a firm at which Jackson Dunn, who spent 15 years working as an aide to the Clintons, is a senior managing director.

Malloch-Brown's ties to George Soros and the Clintons are enough to elicit fear over Smartmatic's possible involvement in the U.S. election — but when combined with Smartmatic's dismal track record of providing free and fair elections, their involvement in the U.S. presidential election becomes downright terrifying.

A 2006 classified U.S. diplomatic cable obtained and released by WikiLeaks reveals the extent to which Smartmatic may have played a hand in rigging the 2004 Venezuelan recall election under a section titled "A Shadow of Fraud." The memo stated that "Smartmatic Corporation is a riddle both in ownership and operation, complicated by the fact that its machines have overseen several landslide (and contested) victories by President Hugo Chavez and his supporters."

"The Smartmatic machines used in Venezuela are widely suspected of, though never proven conclusively to be, susceptible to fraud," the memo continued. "The Venezuelan opposition is convinced that the Smartmatic machines robbed them of victory in the August 2004 referendum. Since then, there have been at least eight statistical analyses performed on the referendum results."

"One study obtained the data log from the CANTV network and supposedly proved that the Smartmatic machines were bi-directional and in fact showed irregularities in how they reported their results to the CNE central server during the referendum," it read.

In another section titled "At Least Corruption," the author of the memo wrote that even if "Smartmatic can escape the fraud allegation, there is still a corruption question."

Smartmatic had claimed it provided*machines to Arizona, California, Colorado, Washington, D.C., Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin — it has since pulled that information off its website.

Note: This story has been updated to reflect that Smartmatic*removed*information on its equipment's use in U.S. elections from its website, as well as to reflect comment from the*National Association of Secretaries of State that Smartmatic is not on a list of firms that provide federally-certified election systems to states.

    Voting machines?

After the hanging-chads mess of the 2000 POTUS election, Louisiana loaned Florida our voting machines for some statewide elections. Edwin Edwards won.

Looks like Trump was actually rigging it with the corrupt media all along!

On the topic of Texas turning blue, those hispanics would fit well into the GOP. But we'd need to purge the racists and quit calling them rapists and murderers. Thanks Trump.
