    Helmet Sticker for Carlos Henderson

Watching ESPN Game Day Final, and I saw that Mr. Henderson was given props by Joey Galloway for his big day against UMass. It was NICE to see our helmet on national TV! Well done Carlos! Well done Ryan Higgins for delivering him those passes. Well done O-line for giving Ryan the time to pass!

Just to add to this - Carlos' highlights were on every highlight segment on each of ESPN's networks during last night's games as well as at halftime of the Wisconsin-OSU game on ABC.

Galloway said something to the effect of: we're using this old school Tech helmet. (red with the white "T"). At least he recognizes we've changed helmet design, FWIW.

Good stuff though. Glad to see CH getting this much-deserved national recognition.

When Carlos showed up at Tech he was a "project" . Coach Holtz turned Hester loose on him and they put weight and muscle on him. Someone may remember his weight as freshman -- he was tall thin speedster-- now he's a serious stud. Point is Tech has done great job developing him. Just no more kickoffs please unless it's in CUSA championship and we are down ( Sportsdawg criteria)

    What?

    2014: 33 returns, 826 yards, 1 TD (long of 96, avg of 25 yards)
    2015: 21 returns, 463 yards, 0 TD (long of 57, avg of 22 yards)
    2016: 12 returns, 316 yards, 0 TD (long of 70, avg of 26 yards)

26 yards a return ranks him at #25 in the nation right now. He is good at it.

. Rivals said 170 but I remember Coach Holtz said they were going to put weight on him at the signing day. One of JJs recruits

You don't know how to read your own stats. He has had 1 good return each year. Even with one good return he barely averages getting it out to the 25. 2015 was horrible and should have cost him the job, but since our HC decided to put his best athelte back out there we have to sweat him getting hurt or getting tackeled inside the 20.

A good return man knows when to take it out of the end zone. He does not . That's not being good at it.
