Texas Tech's Patrick Mahomes has 655 yards passing, and he's not finished yet.

Mahomes sets an NCAA record with 800 yards of total offense, 734 thru the air which tied the record. The two teams each had 854 yards for a total of 1,708 yards combined, an NCAA record. Final was 66-59 OK.

Mahomes is the best QB I've seen this year and a sure NFL star in the making.

Now it looks like UNT will offer the biggest challenge until the USM game. This year's trip to Denton won't be nearly as easy as the last one.
