Just watched Rice vs PVA&M again. This is the most undisciplined Rice team in the last 20 years. They talked smack with the PV players before and after nearly every snap. Their secondary is subpar and slow.
I think we jump out to a big lead and Holtz plays the backups a good bit on both sides of the ball, which leads to 7-14 late points for Rice.

Considering Prairie View scored 44 on them, I predict 63-17.
PV didn't roll in inexperienced backups like we probably will though. That will lead to more Tech mistakes keeping our score down and theirs up.
