Shout Out to the BOP

I've been to many a Tech fb game over many years, but I can't ever remember our BOP looking or sounding as good as they did tonight. GREAT JOB, BOP !!!

The sound was good. The uni looks good. The marching was well done. The pregame was timed perfectly. The back and forth with the MOB was great after the game.

If the MOB's halftime performance was intended to poke fun at anything about us, it must have gone over my head. Now their rendition of "Another Brick in the Wall" after the game could have included a double entendre...

Any former band person knows how to play Louie Louie. It is the first song you learn in band. I can still remember to notes 28 years later.

They purposefully put on a high school band performance to mock someone.

I don't see any other reason why you put your rep on the line to produce the junk they did last night. The songs were simplistic. The movements were off. The stupid ghost. As I said it was amateurish at best, so I figured they did it on purpose.

The MOB ain't known for their marching or playing skills. They learn the show the day of the game. As a scatter band, it was poorly executed. Stanford does a better job.
