The bubble will affect all sports TV contracts cause the money lost due to the cord-cutters will affect the bottom line, with no respect to the sport or pro league. This is the MAIN reason Tech and our current conference needs to be self-producing all of our sports. Then, sell the finished perfectly wrapped product, game-by-game, if need be. Could even sell this game-by-game product to P5 conference channels, just for filler content. That's basically what ESPN did.
Some people call the MAC, "the Little Big 10". They should have their product on the Big 10 channel. CUSA should do the same with the SEC network only because we are in the same footprint.
Personally, the only sports I watch now are college football and Tech sports. So, I will subscribe to Sling for the football months and then cancel. I will then subscribe to the on-line site to watch Tech sports. That's it.
