    With 99% reporting, Senate Run-off election will be between John Kennedy (R) and Foster Campbell (D).

    Run-Off election will be held 10 December 2016.



    With 100% reporting, Ralph Abraham (R) will continue to represent the 5th Congressional District.



    With 99% reporting, Constitutional Amendment 2 to Establish Tuition without Legislative Approval will not pass with 57% 'No' vote.

    Arizona, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania are too close to call. Some sources have called Pennsylvania for Trump but it's not clear, yet. Winning Pennsylvania alone will put Trump Over the Top.

    Alaska is basically a moot point. Likely to go to Trump, anyway.



    Clinton does not appear prepared to concede the election. Sent Podesta out to send Clinton supporters home.
