how is civil immunity relevant here? there is no precedent supporting criminal immunity, and the very idea subverts the rule of law in our country.

either you care about rule of law or you don't. if you want biden and clinton to face justice, then you shouldn't be in favor of setting precedents that prevent that just because they benefit your guy. deficiencies in justice do not justify further degrading the justice system.

Your attitude about "justice" is similar to the Republican attitude in congress, many of which are part of the swamp. We are in a war of good against evil. Unfortunately the good side wants to play fair which is why we are getting our ass kicked by the bad (evil) guys. Several republicans are really democrats, but zero democrats are really republicans.
i don't hate trump, and it wasn't a blanket statement. it was a specific response to trump's stupid defense, not a blanket statement. trump's not your little brother -- you don't have to get defensive on his behalf, especially when he's doing something stupid.
every reasonable person should be able to look at what is happening and see that the legal cases against him are frivolous and politically motivated. it undermines his case that he's being politically persecuted when he makes stupid legal arguments.

Now that ALL of the cases against Trump have been utterly discredited and correctly classified as bogus and politically motivated some of the anti-Trumpers are desperately searching for something else to throw at him. Gotta love their gall! Now, some are saying, yeah the cases are bogus but in fighting all these charges Trump has exhausted his "war chest" and is not financially able to conduct a proper campaign. More, the real anti-Trumpers are TRYING to use this as a reason for him to drop out and are essentially saying that ONLY THE WEALTHY can run for POTUS. Yes, that's dumb but they are grasping at straws.
Clearly these bozos planted that notion in Haley's ear as she used the very same argument today on an ABC interview.
Well, we all appreciate their concerns, but Trump doesn't need a war chest to conduct his campaign. Real Americans, we Patriots who actually love this country, know what his message is, what he stands for, and even a completely broke Trump will make a better POTUS than anyone the other side would promote, especially Biden. I suppose this go-around Trump will accept the $400K+ POTUS salary since he'll need the money now.
At least the morons are admitting all the cases are bogus. That much is satisfactory. The appeals' courts and/or the SCOTUS will also agree and overturn any and all rulings, and then Trump needs to sue the shit out of his attackers. Each and every one of them evil pieces of shit. I'm sure most of you are aware of the big lie told by Seth Meyers and then repeated by Biden that Trump forgot his wife's name and called her "Mercedes." Of course that is 100% false. If you don't know this "story" ask and I'll provide some details. But, that's not the point of this post. Yahoo (a very commie POS organization) ran with the story stating it as fact. Their followers all chimed echoing the big lie. I posted the simple facts of the matter, and my post was tagged as "offensive to the community." Yes, the truth is offensive to the libtard community everywhere. My post was denied.
This is not just a case of stupid people remaining stupid. This also points out how the commie bastards create their army of mind-numb zombies and why millions still vote for the democraps.
