I certainly didn't argue for the implementation of DACA. I may have argued against Trump's dealing with what was already in place. The second thing, I've never believed, so you must've misunderstood. I'm a baptist...we've never argued for theocracy...ever.

I'm agnostic on presidents putting their peckers where they dont belong. Seriously, I dont have an opinion on it. I have deeper reservations about Trump than his personal life.

Obama already set this precedent with expensive Executive Orders that cost our country $$ billions and billions when he couldn't get legislative victories. And we were told that healthcare was a national emergency when Pelosi, Reid, and Obama crammed Obamacare down our throats without allowing time for the GOP to read it ("You have to sign it before you get to read it"). I don't see much difference in all honesty.

Hypocrisy has no limits with Democrats. They have no shame. If democrat party support for what the governor of Virginia said as he coldly described how he would allow the murder of an innocent infant isn't proof of this, just what level of evil will it take?

I still don't understand why this wasn't passed in Trump's first two years with total Republican control. It is almost like he wanted to pick this fight now...and it is almost like he wants this to go to court. I just can't figure out why.

Regardless, this is certainly opening Pandora's Box. Unfortunately, Republicans in general would like things to stay how they are and the Democrats want society to move way to the left, which means the Republicans would have far fewer things to use a newfound "national emergency" power on. The Democrats will have a field day with this if it is allowed.

Personally, I think John Roberts is going to have a defining moment and save us all from moving towards an unchecked office of the President by being the deciding 5-4 vote to shut this down.

OK, part of what you posted is just pure silliness. You either know it, or you don't understand the way things really work.

The republican house passed a bill with funds for the border wall while they still controlled the house. At that time, republicans held fewer seats in the senate than they do now, but less than the 60 votes needed to pass this legislation without dem help. To insist the repubs controlled everything for two years is either being willingly ignorant or just repeating the party line....either way it is not true.

Personally, I would move the wall from California to Texas, since California is intent on there not being any more wall built. I would also move the border patrol out of their areas as well. If they die at the hands of drug lords and suffer from human trafficking, it is the bed they made. My new chant....MOVE THE WALL....SAVE THE TEXANS!
