What were the black Israelites protesting? The video shows that they were just calling anybody within hearing distance disgusting names. The video also shows that the indian walked up into the crowd of students. Were they supposed to run from him? They were carrying on conversations with another guy that was with him and it appeared to be just a friendly banter. Why didn't the indian talk to the students if he had a problem with them instead of just standing there beating on his Tom-Tom in the kid's face. He's the one that violated their space and they had no problem with it. I didn't hear them call him a bad name or complain. They treated him with respect.

I don’t think it will shut down again unless the right wing media slams Trump over the fact he won’t be getting his border wall funding. He is trying to thread the needle and save face. We will see if what remains of his base will allow it.

I guess the verdict is in. He is getting a pass from his base, so there will be no wall.

If nothing is done for settling this in the next 3 weeks, Trump will declare a national emergency and the wall will be built. There's been over 20 million collected on the GoFundMe for the wall so far and they're going to go ahead with building the wall on private land where the people want the wall with the 20 million. They started today talking to the land owners.

I think there is a good chance that he will declare an emergency but I think there is little chance that will result in the building of a wall. But that is his face saving path out of this. Fund the government and then go with the option that won’t work but you can blame liberal judges.

Right up until the case gets to the Supreme Court where President Trump has a conservative majority (even though with Roberts still sitting on the court, we can never be certain of this). Not to worry, Ginsburg is on her last leg so we'll soon see another liberal justice replaced with a patriotic, conservative justice. You'll love that, won't you Guiss?

Actually, I don’t think many conservative judges will support presidential power in a case like this where there is not an actual new emergency and the legislative body has considered and rejected the idea.
