Your definition of decency is bigger government, open borders, higher taxes, horrible health care, doing away with the 2nd amendment, and more hate toward Christianity and Israel.

As for the current situation, wages have been slow to respond to a booming economy. Last stat I saw was a 2.7% increase the last quarter. Or, that might be YTD. It's understandable though. For 8 years of the worst prez in history American businesses had to operate lean and mean just to survive a sagging economy. They got used to a lean operating budget and are trying to extend that into a booming economy so as to make-up for 8 years of lost profits and gains. I'm doing exactly the same thing. In fact, I have gotten even leaner.
But, already I am seeing, as are all American businesses, that employees have choices...for the first time in about 10 years, workers are not beholden to their current employer, afraid to look elsewhere. And, because of this, wages/salaries will increase as competition to get/keep better employees becomes more pronounced. Ironically, the speed of this increase is dependent on workers. If workers are stuck in the past 10-year mindset of "I better not rock the boat, just be happy I have a job, and stay put." then wage increases will be slower. This is the market! As those of us who actually know about economics, the free market is a scoreboard measuring current activity. As such, it does not drive anything, but measures it. That means, in the case of the market of wages, it's up to the principals to drive it...workers. In a FREE market, they have the power to do so.
I know wages will trend up....just as long as we, the USA, stay the course. But, turn control over to the socialists, and all bets are off.

What caused you to research Hitler suddenly? Hitler is the extreme put down since you and yours way over played the stale old race card. Double standards continue to amaze me.
What interests me most about Hitler is how he convinced so many Germans to support and enable him. The parallels to Trump are very strong. He was able to deliver economic improvements (like wage increases) and there is no doubt that such appeal to economic results allowed some to look past his racist and autocratic tendencies.
Again, your people are the ones with racist tendencies who vote like sheep. Individualism is not in your socialist agenda.
Nazis disarmed who they considered enemies of the state (Jews) which is much closer to what your people would like to do to conservative gun owners. Nazis also hated and killed Jews which follows your people much closer than conservative Christians (who you consider beneath you)
Interesting that you mention an autocratic leader labeling a group “an enemy of the state”. Where have I heard that recently?
