You need to reread the post. You’ve completely missed the point. Hitler was not a Christian (at least not one who believed much of anything in the Bible). Hitler was also not a socialist as the term is used in our political climate. He opposed Marxism AND democratic socialism. He was a national socialist and he was certainly a facist.
Some of you should do more reading if you're gonna comment on historic figures. Let me see if I can explain this so even our resident simpletons, those suffering from TDS, can understand it. For starters, yes, Nazi Germany, under Hitler, was a functioning fascist government. But, it happened by circumstances, not by design. Adolf Hitler did not start out with the intent of building a fascist Germany, it happened that way when other political parties stood in his way as to the speed in which he wanted things to change. I know some of you are now thinking, well, you're splitting hairs here. But the subtleties are important if you truly wish to understand Hitler. Simply put, he was a devout socialist and found getting his way was far easier with the elimination of other political parties...i.e. there would be no wasted time in fighting political battles in elections. In that respect Nazi Germany function exactly like communist countries, including the Soviet Union, which technically was not fascist insomuch as it supposedly had a ruling body, the politburo where in theory, every member of it was suppose to have equal power. But, under Stalin, it was nothing more than window dressing so the Soviet Union also functioned as a fascist government.
History shows us that leftist governing leads to fascism every time. It has NEVER, EVER failed not to. And the Democrat Party in the US would love nothing better than to eliminate all political opposition...one party. And while it might start out as others did with a ruling body, eventually one strong leader would emerge and seize control of the party, and thus the nation. It has happened every time.
