False equivalence argument. Anyway, what makes you think that having growth over 3% is something really good or desirable? Look at what happened to the housing market when it got pumped up with no-money down mortgages. Obama has had to deal with a lot of head winds from the 2008 recession. At least 50% of the home owners in Las Vegas are still underwater on their mortgages. The USA economy is so YUGE that 2.4 growth is YUGE.

Full transparency: I'm deleting old tweets. Past views evolved & shouldn't be a distraction. I serve @POTUS agenda & that's all that matters

Not sure I see your point. I am not a big Scaramucci fan ( to be honest I don't know that much about him except that he ran a hedge fund), but this is pretty typical of political players. Hillary did it with Obama, Bush with Reagan, Carter with Kennedy, and so on forever.
Or do you feel like you have to despise him because he was appointed by Trump?
And you'll still not know much about him because he's deleting all the tweets that told us what he really thinks and feels. Spoiler alert: he's a sellout who is willing to compromise his personal values and integrity for political and personal gain.
My point is that deleting his old tweets is the polar opposite of transparency. Unless he was referring to his transparency about the opacity of his Twitter account. This might be typical of political players, but Trump isn't a politician, he's a business man, remember? And he's going to drain the swamp, blah, blah, blah...
