This morning on Squawk Box (CNBC) Joe K. was speaking with an NBC political reporter, about the aforementioned meeting, and Joe K. asks: so, what drug did they use to make Trump act so presidential? I mean, he wasn't some insane, crazy-acting person...and for a whole hour too! Of course the NBC reporter knew Joe K. was setting him up, so he grinned and admitted Trump scored major points yesterday.

So, again, even while some of Trump's staunchest critics are giving him props for his magnificent performance, very professional, very presidential, showing great leadership, our resident loony-toon, goosey, posts that crap. Nope, goosey, you are the one living in a delusional world. Of course, I can see you easily persuade yourself LOL!

Wrong again. Did you even watch it? Apparently not.

As for earmarks if you have an ounce of sense, which you don't, Trump was trying to make a point about how "the swamp" used to get things done. It was offered as much TIC as anything. But the bigger point is Trump wants Congress to work together and actually get things done. Of course that off the cuff comment has been walked back, as it should be.

Beyond all that, I have never seen a POTUS, including Ronaldo Maximus, that I agreed 100% with what they did. I have already had some differences with Trump and will have more. So (even though it's not so) if he actually supports the return of earmarks, then I wouldn't like that. I would want to see Congress working together without having to be "bribed."
