Top 3 in passing yards:
1998 Rattay, 4,943 (12 games)
2012 Cameron, 4,147 (12 games)
2015 Driskel, 4,033 (13 games)
2016 Higgins projection: 4,498 (13 games)
I think he passes Cameron for sure, by how much? Who knows. Depends on if we go into USM guns blazing or just do what we've done the past 3 games.
Just for comparison purposes,
In 2016, Ryan Higgins has completed 243 of 360 passes (67.5%) for 3,460 yards, 34 TD's and 4 INT's in 10 games. His passer rating is 177.2.

In 2015, Jeff Driskel completed 279 of 448 passes (62.3%) for 4,026 yards, 27 TD's and 8 INT's in 13 games. Driskel's final passer rating was 154.1, and he's in the NFL now.

Is there a video of his rundown?

After watching that again, I'm wondering if Tech would be better off with Ryan at MLB. Dude has wheels.
Mullens has been out only 1 game, SoMiss has been falling apart since the 1st game.
The CSNbbs SoMiss fans have been saying Mullens has regressed without the receivers they lost last year (esp. Mike Thomas I think), thus throwing too many picks vs TDs, and the coaching staff has something to do with it. They say the offense has to lean too much on Ito Smith.
Personally, I think SoMiss is experiencing a bit of what we experienced in 2013 (except they have an experienced QB). Too much turnover, and the coaching staff is not trying too hard to adapt their plans to transition the team from the previous staff's philosophy.
It's got to be turnovers. They are the #1 in Total Defense in CUSA and #4 in Total Offense. They are dead last in the nation in turnover margin (25 turnovers lost and 8 turnovers gained).
They are #18 in the nation in Total Defense, but #83 in Scoring Defense. That must mean teams are getting short fields to score on them (turnovers).
One of the SoMiss posters pointed out that Mullens always had a problem with turnovers, but that last year he had a much better TD/TO ratio. That has regressed since Mike Thomas left.
He has regressed in his TD/TO ratio. Last year it was about 4TDs/TO, now it is only 2TDs/TO. So, without last year's Mike Thomas and coaches, he regressed to his 2014 form according to the Raw & Adjusted QBR.

Back to the thread. I watched in amazement as Ryan took off after that DB and ran him down! I have watched him throw lots of passes this year but that run down will always stick in my mind. We are so fortunate to have him as our QB!
