Dwayne, do you know what the debt service term is? I want to say that over $15MM was raised. It shouldn't take long to pay off any residual debt. After that, it should be revenue or the athletic department times X years we use it.

I just know there is a footnote concerning the DAC in the financials and I assume there will be one associated with the new press box since I think that technically the Foundation owns both properties
