My guess is those windows can open for tv, radio booths. The regular media booth is at the far end.
The Nitzer's only specific request for the Tech radio booth named in his honor was to have open windows so he could mic the crowd noise.
Nitzer is due a new contract. I'm praying for good things out of Learfield Sports. Tech fans are so spoiled by the PxP radio voice of Dave Nitz. I consider him not only a friend, but a treasure.

Dave Nitz is the best in the biz. Period. End of story.
Nitz is the personification of our University.
It's time he was treated as such.
Past time.
With the space under the pressbox, it's a great area to mount some speakers. Many stadiums are upgrading their sound with speaker placements around the venue rather having a central location at the video board.
That is wise because social media has lead to any differing opinions being intolerable to many, if not most. Kids should ride bikes, play sandlot ball, play hopscotch, catch lightning bugs, and have face to face conversation which helps promote understanding between people, and stay away from computer games, except on occasion. American society began going downhill with the advent of Pong. Ooops, I stated an opinion. This is fact - look at a random picture of 10 people at a park for instance. 9 of them are going to be looking at their phones to make sure they haven't missed anything - while they are missing living. Technology is a good tool, but has become a false idol. Oops, another opinion.
