Just got robbed of a buzzer beater at Michigan State. They're 1-3 with losses to Florida, Baylor, and Michigan State (what a great schedule!). We play them on the last day of classes before Christmas break. We probably need a strong showing from the fans for that game. It's also our only legit non-conference game at home. Anyone know if we have a marketing ploy for the game?

Tickets for this game are going to be in such high demand that T-Mac is going to make all tickets at least $40 each.
This is great. We have promoted free pizza for many years, time to mix it up, ONE time.
I thought we had a good turnout of students for the team from Arkansas (?). Not sure what they did, but it worked. Gonna be a sparse crowd this week.

I agree, we have a good young club that will only get better throughout the year. Jalen Harris is a stud, and Powell will be a good one too. We struggle to score at times, and when you combine that with turnovers its hard to win on the road. We will continue to get better, and I believe come March we will be right in the thick of the conference race.
Same amount of pizza, obesity on the rise
After the last test that day the students are gone. No amount of pizza will keep them here for the game.
FGCU may well be Top 100 Sagarin by the time they get here. We'll have no students and no band. And we'll just be coming back from playing as Gramblings exhibition game.
Just saw the end.. wow. With 1.6 clock operators started the clock about mid way through the full-court pass. Fgcu caught and threw up an 18 footer after the buzzer. Completely screwed by the refs.
The last home game had a good amoint of students, especially considering finals week.
Our Dawgs will be fine in late December and early January. College basketball sucks in November and early December.

FGC is better than their record. We beat 'em down there last year and that was a quality road win for us. Gonna be a very tough game.
Maryland-Eastern Shore, while a member of the MEAC, has been, nonetheless, a good basketball school. Do not overlook them. I have no idea how they're doing so far this year, just that they have a solid tradition of good hoops.
Looked it up: They are 0-5, but look who've they played.
