Opposite actually- USM getting eligible makes it likely that cusa will have one extra team and we could land in I-Bowl

I think the HOD makes the most sense. Regardless of today's disappointment, I don't see any reason why we wouldn't go. Even if we lose to WKU, they have passed on the HOD in the past, which would leave us next in line. Maybe I'm wrong. Thoughts?

If we win against WKU, we'll play in the HOD Bowl. If we lose to WKU, either Tech or UNT will play in the HOD Bowl. I fear we're Bahamas Bowl bound.

The bright side is that we had not lost since September. We were due a WTF game and we got it out of the way. Now, we go in as underdogs and beat WKU (or, less likely ODU) and go on to win our bowl game. I HATE to lose, but would have rather lost this one than the next two.
