I haven't been able to make a game yet, but I watched the highlight video posted last night. The first thing I noticed is how quick he is. Wow that kid has some speed! Before a defender can even react, he's already blown by him and made a layup.
With our remaining non conference schedule, his assist-turnover ratio could be pretty insane by the beginning of conference play. We're only losing McCree and Q at the end of this year, right? The way the new guys are playing has me pumped for the next few years. We shouldn't drop from a top-3 CUSA team and contender to make the tournament for the foreseeable future.
I think we haven't even begun to scratch the surface with this kid. He plays with confidence and he plays with passion.
