The next time Coach Mike White takes a team into the Big Dance....will be the first time he does it. Using a baseball phrase: he has warning track power. He's stuck in the NIT.

Now, he does have UF ranked in the Top 25, so if he continues to enjoy a solid regular season, and wins at least once in the SEC tourney, he should be a lock to get an at-large bid this year. Don't get me wrong, I like White and wish him success at UF and wherever he may end up at later in his career. But, his style of coaching leaves his teams vulnerable to tough tournament play when interior defense, and a half-court offense, are musts.

Agree. His team at FLA this year lacks that go to scorer that can get a basket in a tough time that all good teams need too. I think he'll be in the big dance this year, especially considering how bad the SEC is when he is the 2/3 best team by default.
