Kiffin then heads to Bama, he has made 3 straight playoff appearances, with 3 different QBs, all with guys who had never started a game before their year they played. This year, Hurts as a TR FR is the SEC OPOY. Say what ya want, but Kiffin can coach the heck out of QBs, and offense. That's all college football is, especially CUSA. He will win. Kiffin may be an idiot, but I'd take that idiot running our program, mainly because he has been under Saban for the previous 3 years.

Well, he's certainly got YOUR respect. We'll find out now if Kiffin can coach. Because unlike every other job Kiffin has ever had, FAU won't be as easy to recruit to and he won't have the "big school name factor" to help him recruit those athletes.

Kiffin will be able to recruit very well at FAU. All he needs to do is go .500 for a couple years and stay quiet. He will get another phone call. Too young for the Raiders job and a crap roster. Scholly'a at USC screwed him and Tennessee is Tennessee. They're done. What he has done with bama's offense is incredible.

Did anyone go to the FAU athletics website? On the splash page welcoming Kiffin as the new coach, there is an ad for 2017 season tickets with their home schedule including the 4 CUSA home games. Any idea if Tech knows who the East Division home game will be for 2017?

Butch Jones can recruit at Tennessee but he cant coach. I cant see Tennessee ever getting all the way "back." Beat App State in OT, beat UGA on a Hail Mary, pretty dang close to being 6-6 in a year that they were supposed to be in the playoff. Just my observation.

Yeah they certainly under preformed. When Florida can win the East it is a sign of weakness. I REALLY want Georgia to do bad. They didn't let me down this year. I think Tenn will get it right or Davis will be gone (another 6-6 gets him canned)

UH has only done better than 9 wins in 5 of their last 37 seasons. Tony Levine was fired for "only" winning 8 games in back-to-back years and setting up Herman's success. It's no wonder they ended up with somebody like Applewhite with baggage and no head coaching experience. UH is not as attractive a job as many think.

If Kiffin has back-to-back 8-win seasons at UH, he's fired. If Kiffin has back-to-back 8-win seasons at FAU, he's a hero and gets a Cartel 5 job.
