Did the LSWA put any players from Louisiana College on the team?

I have no beef with the 1st team. I do however, take BIG issue with naming Leonard Fournette and Elijah McGuire ahead of our own Jarred Craft on the 2nd team.

LA Tech's Jarred Craft produced more offensive yards, caught more passes and scored more TD's than both Fournette & McGuire in 2016.

    Craft scored 14 TD's in 2016, (9 rushing & 4 receiving) vs Fournette's 8 TD's (8/0), and McGuire's 9 TD's (7/2).

Likewise, Craft produced 1,414 yds of offense in 2016, including 1,074 yds rushing and 340 yds receiving. By comparison, Fournette rushed for only 843 yds and caught only 15 passes for 146 yds. Fournette's total offense for 2016 was 989 yds. McGuire rushed for 1,127 yds in 2016, but caught only 29 passes for 238 yds. McGuire's total offense for 2016 was 1,365 yds.

This means Craft was 43% more productive than Fournette and slightly more productive than McGuire in 2016. Jarred Craft should have been a shoe-in for the All-Louisiana 2nd Team, while Fournette and McGuire should have been fighting it out for the last spot.

Fournette benefitted from all the publicity last year of being a Heisman frontrunner, McGuire probably got the nod because he's a senior (I believe) and starter since 2014. Craft also probably has them beat on season and career fumbles (2 fumbles, 1 lost; SoMiss & WKU in 2016), an impressive stat, but one I think Paw/MadDawg may have jinxed

I figured I'd get called out, but it was a REALLY bad fumble. He had been securing the ball well all year but he was toting that last one like a loaf of bread. It was like he wasn't focused in the last few games.
