M. Basketball. LA Tech Battles UTEP in Red Out

The crowd wasn't as good as I hoped it would be but didn't think it was terrible. UTEP's zone was tough on drives which opened up the perimeter. We shot ok outside but wasn't killing it. When their center went out injured in the 2nd period we took firm control of the game. Think we'd have won even if he hadn't gone out but the man is a key cog for UTEP on both ends of the court.

Proud of the Dogs for taking care of business and going 2 - 0 in conference. Looking forward to Saturday.

I-20 construction wasn't too bad this time, was able to get to the TAC before tip.

It's was on social media every day, sometimes multiple times, starting January 1. It also was mentioned multiple times on the coaches' show Monday.

The coaches show that they did not archive online for us to listen to... The Hoop Troop didn't get the memo either.

As far as student attendance for tonight, I wasn't there. But I do know that there were at least three engineering classes that had tests tonight in the 6-8 time frame. These tests are full of students.
