As bad as a loss Saturday was, this was just as good of a win - McCree took 6 shots - that's all and we still won and it took an all world night from a sub to keep them in the game
Plus the last two games against this team has gone to over-time before we got the win

Its night and day how much of a better X & O coach, that Konkol is than Mike White. We can score in the half court at a high rate. I love seeing us run plays on the offensive end that create open shots.
Yes, contrary to popular belief we don't live and die by the 3 or the ability to score off of pressure - we actually run offense...
The key to this team being successful is an efficient offense, low turn over numbers, decent rebounding, make FT's (rare struggle last night) and hard nosed half court defense -

Mile white does have Florida at 14-3 and he can recruit a legit 7'0 center to Florida

I agree, White certainly advanced our program in a big way. Hopefully Konkol can take us to the next level.
Will White ever take down Kentucky?
I certainly wish White had never left. I actually prefer White's style while he was here. Greatest show on earth type deal, but it had its drawbacks. Looking back at White's win total, about all Konkol can do to one up him is go to the tourney.
End of the day, I don't care as long as we win. Konkol looks like he is getting us there. Glad he is our coach.
I don't believe Konkol will ever sacrifce the best interest of the team out of loyalty to one or two players.
I was surprised to see Florida's RPI sitting at 3. I knew they were good just not that good.
Played several Big East schools, along with Duke and Gonzaga
RPI also has the SEC as the 5th best conference and there is no way they are that good -
