Now, here's a legit question, where was that iron, locked gate that was ripped from its hinges as the thugs came through? Was the gate at the end of of the subdivision, on a private street separating it from the public street, or was the destroyed gate between the private street in the gated subdivision and the McClosky's private property?
So, you advocate for people to be like the harden criminal George Floyd, hold a knife to the throat of a pregnant woman, sell drugs, pass counterfeit bills...? Wow! how about worse crimes? You are missing the point. The only crime Floyd was being detained for was passing a counterfeit bill. Cops don’t get to impose a capital punishment on someone under these circumstances. A black life is no less valuable than a white life.

The thugs did pass through the gate onto private property. They left a private street, went through the McCloskeys' gate and did enter their property. That is NOT in dispute. When McCloskey ordered/demanded they leave his property that should have been enough...actually the thugs had already violated trespassing laws, you don't accidently/unknowingly bash through a gate...nope! you do it in full knowledge and with intent to enter private property. Then when the property owner orders you off his property, and the violators refuse, and then the violators threaten, even verbally (McCloskey says he saw weapons drawn by the thugs), that takes it to the next level.
When a person feels threatened they have very right to defend themselves and it's not up to anyone else, let alone YOU Goosey, to judge them from the comfort of your basement hundreds of miles away. Hell!!! you libs are the ultimate OMG! I feel so scared, I feel so threatened....Why? Well, someone had a "Trump 2020" sticker on their car, I saw it! I feel so threatened! (yes, that has happened). Just to clarify, despite your "when they entered the street," the gate in question was on the McCloskey property. The thugs had already illegally trespassed by the main gate on the subdivision.
You are misinformed. If the gate was broken it was broken well after the guns showed up. Watch the video and you will see the gate was not broken when folks entered the street and were confronted by the McCloskys. Now the McCloskys may have broken the gate after the fact just like they altered the handgun after the fact. Dirty lawyer move.
First, there is no "if the gate was broken." It was! Now, maybe it was broken after the fact...I wasn't there. But it was clearly broken, by someone.
But, most importantly the thugs passed thru, around, climbed over two gates to get into the McCloskey's house.
Watch the video. The gate was being held open, still on its hinges, as people were walking through and you could hear the McCloskys yelling and threatening the crowd. Get informed, watch the video.
The news video clip that you linked above doesn't show the gate except for the reporter standing in front of it. I don't see it when the news clip shows the protestors and McCloskys out in front of their home..
You can hear the McCloskys yelling as they walk through the gate that is clearly not off its hinge.
