Jonah Goldberg sums it up well: https://gfile.thedispatch.com/p/capi...rican-benghazi
You commies stole the 2020 POTUS election. Period. Again, high five each other and gloat. Congrats on the theft. It is just the latest in a long line of scandals and schemes wrought by the Left. Of course this one is the worst by far.
A few reminders:
Adam Shifty Schiff told the whole world, oh yeah, he had real evidence of Trump's Russian collusion that he was holding until the impeachment trial. Well...?
Quid pro quo Joe says there was no connection between a $billion in US aid and his wanting a prosecutor fired to save Hunter's ass from Ukrainian prison. Yet, he is on video boasting about it.
Krooked Killary had an illegal server, she and her ilk destroyed subpoenaed evidence, such as cell phones and laptops, which alone sends folks to prison.
The Mueller Report! LOL! That joke speaks for itself.
And those same people, and social media tech, and the lamestream media all say we should trust them when they say the election wasn't stolen. After all, just look at their track record of honesty and integrity....
Every instance either the court dismissed it on some arbitrary procedural reason, such as "sorry, by law this petition had to have been filed within 72 hours of the election day. You missed it by a 1/2 day...so sorry, go away." Or in some cases the evidence had been destroyed and Trump's team knew it was futile to pursue it further. In one or more cases, Trump's lawyer(s) was delayed even being to file a petition to the court..."you can come in front of the bench next Wednesday." But, that would be too late, we need a court-ordered stay to secure ballots today! Of course by that "next Wednesday" all the ballots had been destroyed.
Again, I can go on with other examples. But, like Trump's team learned, it is water under the bridge now. Trump was right when he said he surprised them in 2016, but then they had 4 years to concoct an extensive scheme that involved poll workers, SOS, and judges in key districts and an army of hired workers to orchestrate it all. And they pulled it off...
But that's simply not true.
We've linked to the actual judge's statements for several of these cases. They weren't all dismissed on standing.
The facts were just not there.
This article has a short summary of all the cases.

I don't think those are all dismissed on standing or laches or technicalities. Doesn't seem that way.
Several were withdrawn. That would seem like maybe they weren't strong cases. And some address the merits.
A couple of those rulings (that we've quoted here) are really good explanations.
Are you calling standing and mootness/ripeness “arbitrary procedural reasons”? Those are constitutional reasons. It would be unconstitutional for a court to hear a case where the plaintiff lacked standing or where a court can’t provide the requested relief because the issue is moot.
