Roe was bad law from the git-go, as eloquently stated by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Now, state legislatures will be the battleground for this fight. I cannot fathom how someone could be on the pro-abortion side of the argument, with their position being "we want to murder babies!" I have my personal view of this. ONLY in the case of the mother's life being at risk should an abortion be performed, which with today's medical science would be extremely rare!
What about rape or incest? Nope. Yes, the woman is a victim of a crime or a terrible event, but that child did not cause it. Some prick jumps out of the bushes, attacks and rapes a woman, getting her pregnant...torture the bastard to slow, agonizing death. Help the woman deal with the situation, including finding parents who will adopt the child upon birth. Murdering the child does not undo the vicious rape. JMHO.
