Ted Nugent called President Obama a "mongrel," Hillary Clinton a "toxic c**t" and a "devil b***ch," and had a video on Facebook depicting Bernie Sanders violently murdering Clinton. Oh, and he said President Obama should "suck my machine gun." Class act. Now that Republicans were targeted, I read that he's decided to tone it down. I hope he does.

I hadn't heard those at all. But "President Obama is a mongrel "and " Hillary Clinton a "devil b***ch". However, the rest of your statement is terrible if real.

    What a head case!

MSNBC Host Labels Rep. Scalise an 'Extremist' While He Lies in Hospital Bed

It's hard to determine whether some liberals are tone deaf or just downright mean. MSNBC hostess Joy-Ann Reid almost certainly falls into the latter category.
Reid was on with NAACP board member Rev. William J. Barber II when the conversation turned to Rep. Steve Scalise, who was lying in a hospital bed in critical condition at the time.
The host and her guest accused Scalise of "extremism" because he wants marriage to be between a man and a woman, he voted for the House health care bill, and he co-sponsored a bill to repeal the ban on semi-automatic weapons.
    No, really.

If you want to describe "extremism" as advocating the fringe position on issues, you're out of luck with Scalise. His position on each of those issues above enjoys the support of large pluralities of Americans. Support for traditional marriage hovers between 35-40% — by any definition, a mainstream position. And only 36% of Americans support a ban on "assault rifles."

NBC Anchor Joy-Ann Reid Says Trump Hotels Are Terrorist Targets...

But Reid wasn't finished. After attacking Scalise while he fought for his life in a hospital, she then blamed Republicans for "divisive rhetoric."
    The Daily Caller:
MSNBC host Joy Ann Reid had the gall to blame Republicans for divisive rhetoric just a day after she took cheap shots at shooting victim Rep. Steve Scalise.

Which Republican members of Congress have urged party members to "take action"?

The typical liberal response when caught in a trap it to say, "well they ALL do it".

What violence comes from conservatives? Surely you don't think conservatives were anything like the current extreme when Obama and the democrats were cramming Obamacare down our throats? IMO that was the lowest point of his administration for the working class. No boycotts, no riots, no looting, no violence...

'ANTIFA' RADICALS PLAN TO DESECRATE GETTYSBURG GRAVES

But they'll have hard time finding Confederate markers – there aren't any

    Published: 44 mins ago

WASHINGTON – What do the “Antifa” radicals have in store for the Independence Day weekend at Gettysburg?
The “anti-fascist” organization plans to burn both American and Confederate flags in town and to “find their local Confederate graves” to desecrate.
That last stunt might be more difficult than they think.
According to the experts at Gettysburg National Military Park, there are no Confederate soldiers buried there.

Gettysburg, in Pennsylvania, the scene of a great battle 154 years ago between soldiers of the Union and the Confederacy, is a major national attraction, especially during patriotic holidays like Independence Day. While there are 3,500 Union soldiers buried there, no Confederate graves exist.

Both town officials and federal battlefield park officials are aware of the warnings, some of them posted on the group’s Facebook page. Other groups have obtained permits for gatherings, but the protesters have not attempted to get permission. Antifa’s event was promoted for July 1-2 between 3 and 6 p.m. The group reportedly urges followers to “find their local Confederate graves” to desecrate.

    Re: The Violent Left

There's a book, written in the 1920's, that chronicles the removal of Confederate dead from in and around Gettysburg, mostly during the 1870's, and the reburial of those gallant fallen soldiers in their home states. It was a national effort, with states and organizations cooperating, to identify the dead and then arrange the transportation of the coffins.

In the immediate aftermath of the battle, both Confederate and Union dead were buried in mass graves. It was the only thing locals, with the help of Pennsylvania militia units, and the walking wounded of Union soldiers and Confederate prisoners could do. But, they did a meticulous job of marking the graves with as much information they could muster. They pretty much knew who was buried where.

So, over the weeks and months following the battle, many families went to Gettysburg and retrieved the body of their loved one. This was mostly Northerners doing this, but there were some cases of Southerners doing so as well. In fact, there is a written account of a Sabine Parish family journeying to Gettysburg a month after the battle and retrieving the body of a young officer, a lieutenant in the 6th Louisiana Infantry. They brought their one slave with them. When the Yankees learned a slave was there, they approached him with offers to flee from that evil Louisiana family, but he refused and returned home with them, and the fallen soldier.

By about 1880 or so, every dead Confederate soldier who could be located was removed from Gettysburg and returned to his home state.
