It took a year longer than I thought, but here we go.....

By 2020 or 2021 whatever Matt Rhule has been able to build at Baylor the NCAA is going to tear it down for 4 or 5 years.
Baylor was a little hot fad in NELA the last 10 years or so - that flame as gone out with the quickness. Parents and students are rejecting the school sight unseen.
Unfortunately, TCU has picked up their pieces and rolling....
How do you properly punish a school for misdeeds while not punishing new or remaining students or new coaches, faculty, and staff?
These 'investigations' take waaaay too long and are way too political. If they would shorten that then the penalties can be enforced against more of those that caused them.
Not only that, but victims of cases like this have to wait a long time before they have the closure they need. The longer it drags on, the more they are reminded of the events.
Armed teachers and more police would have helped.
