I was very surprised to find out that they other 8 justices were either Jewish or Roman Catholic Denominational Christian. I thought there was at least an atheist, but he'll be the only Protestant Denominational Christian sitting if confirmed.

I also gotta say, it would be awesome to have a fellow Oxford U grad on the bench!

I suppose you're right... And someone can call themselves a Jew because they were raised as a Jew, and not practice the faith. Same is true for Christianity...
