He *said* he was there but I have no way of knowing that's true.

Good crowd, great finish, and Super Kudos to McCree (30 points and 11 rebounds).
That's the only game I have made it to this year- it was a ton of fun!

    Did my guests show up?

I followed via phone from the funeral home...

Thanks to nadb, I got to sit in the ballyhooed Section 107 tonight. It was an electric atmosphere!
Yes to Washington. When Konkol needs a stop, he puts Washington in the game. Whether he's at the 5, 4 or 3. That's about all you need to know. Btw I'm pretty sure I saw Washington bust out the eurostep in transition. He's the dark horse for the future. He's got the size, length and athleticism.

If he continues on this trajectory, he will be something special in the next couple of years. To me, he actually looks like he's grown an inch since he got here (similar to Kyzer) and is a legit 6'9. That kind of length with his skill set is the type of player we usually can't recruit to Tech. Crazy that Konkol found him late and we were his only scholly offer!
    Have you considered those Dogs?

Actually, he apparently had other offers but they backed off.

I think Konkol took a chance on him, and looks like it's paying off.

Didn't we get Washington during the Murray State coach's brief tenure here? McMahon apparently had recruited him to Murray State as an assistant and signed him for us before going back to Murray State as the head coach.
