I don't know. It was blacked out on both the couple times I tried.
I forget to check it when I'm watching and listening on live radio.
I used the app to listen to it on my phone intermittently during the game when I couldn't watch on CUSATV. It did show a message that says it is blacked out, but if you wait a little while, the sound comes on. At least it did for me and I've noticed this before, too.
Awww. Patience is a win-win for everyone.
