Sean Fox had an NFL draft guru dude on his radio show yesterday afternoon and the guy predicted Carlos Henderson could go as high as late first round. I think his mock draft currently has him going 28th to the Cowboys.
Maybe Fox will wander by and give a lot more info than I can remember.

I wasn't one of those, but I don't think ANYBODY including is agent thought he had a chance to go in the first round. He has done some things that only Tech coaches and fans knew he could do. Many thought he would get the usual rookie money and that he might increase his chances by playing one more year.
I think that Henderson's having been prone to injury will cost him any chance of going in the first two rounds. I see him as a mid third round selection. I think that Taylor will go in the fifth round, and that he'll prove to be the steal of the draft.

Let's just wait and see. There's no way Carlos Henderson goes in the 1st round of the NFL draft. Sorry, but too many of you just don't know what you are talking about if that's what you think.
Why? I've seen first/second round grades AND the cowboys as his landing spot multiple times. If he runs the 4.35 experts expect, he can easily go 1st round.

He hasn't "gone" anywhere yet- 1st, 2nd, 3rd,... Just a bunch of internet speculation by mostly NFL fans who think of themselves as a "Draft expert". But if you want to call that expert "grades" then there are plenty of them out there on hundreds of prospects.
It's seems many Tech draftees in the past have been considered steals - I'm thinking of Patton and Dixon within the past few years. And there have been several UDFAs who have ended up on active rosters as rookies: Brice and Turner among others.
I think there is a G-5 bias to a certain degree. I hope Henderson, Taylor, and Woods all make money at the combine.
No he can't. In short (pardon the pun), he's not big enough.
I had similar discussions with Kenneth Dixon fans a couple of years ago. Many Tech fans insisted that KD would be a 2nd or 3rd round pick. I said no way. And he wasn't. In his case, it was mostly due to the fact that the NFL puts a low premium on RB's these days.
For the record, just because I tell the truth about these athletes' NFL prospects, it doesn't mean that I don't like them. I'm a Tech fan too, and I like Henderson very much. But the fact is, most NFL teams typically demand a "prototype" 6'5" WR frame and body build/size in exchange for their 1st and 2nd round money. Since Henderson is only 5'10, he doesn't fit the prototype. Because of this, most teams will gamble that he'll still be available in the later rounds. Also, as someone else mentioned, the NFL will also look very closely at Henderson's nagging injury history.
I'll be VERY happy to see Henderson go in the 3rd, 4th or 5th round. If he goes to the right team, I believe he can have a great NFL career.

Antonio Brown is 5'10" and 181 pounds. How big is Henderson?
He will go where his NFL Combine 40 time lands him...and to a lesser extent the wonderlic. The potential to be sub 4.35 is there.
Anyone making any guess on his draft projection prior to his 40 time is foolish.
Carlos is plenty big to play in the league. He's 5'11 195. Have you seen the dude without a shirt on? He's built like a superhero
