What a beat down. It will be interesting to see who POTG is because Southern Miss can't stop anybody.

I've been watching this LA Tech-USM game for about 10 min on ASN, and literally nobody has scored yet. For either team. I've seen the ball turned over several times by both teams just in this short period.Very sloppy right now. But yes, Tech leads big (86-58).
Dominant bounce back win, 93-65.
It seemed like everybody got in on the scoring today.
Thank you to Erik McCree. He's earned C-USA MVP IMO.
The proof was in the pudding for our marketing effort. Not a good crowd for Senior Day.
I thought the crowd was ok for a 1:00 game with no school. Its not like you can just make people show up.
When will we ever care about marketing? I do my part for the university.. I annoy the hell out of people about Tech.

Because we havent seen great attendance all year. I am not going to expect 4K for a 1:00 saturday game during quarter break when they havent been drawing a lot of huge crowds.
Was it really a White Out game or is that just what the giveaway shirts said?
The real shame is that football and basketball have seen such success in the W-L column over the last 3-4 years yet we don't get better attendance. I attribute that to our lack finishing (i.e. No football conference or bball tourney championships) and lack of local media interest.
I was surprised at how GOOD attendance was today. Attendance is always poor when school is out, but there were every bit of 3,000 in the TAC today. Parking wrapped all the way around the east side of Aillet Stadium.
We can forget about fair coverage from area media. We are going to have to figure out how to get the word out on our own. We need to start with marketing to our own fans and students.
Not when they don't let people know about the game or the game "promotions" until 18 hours prior.
We've worn out the "choose your color" outs. Time to drop that lame promotion in ALL sports.
It can be done for a reasonable price using social media, but we don't even try.
