    Former U.S. attorney: 'To question

A federal judge blasted the special counsel investigation of Robert Mueller Friday, accusing the former FBI director of assuming “unfettered” authority and maintaining control of the Paul Manafort prosecution solely to squeeze out incriminating information about President Trump.

And a former federal prosecutor says this was an “unprecedented rebuke” of Mueller and his team, as well as Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who oversees the Mueller probe.
“This was a smashmouth takedown,” said Joe diGenova, a former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. “To question the integrity, in essence, of Mr. Mueller, because of the nature of the case that he has in front of him in federal court, is truly unprecedented.”
On Friday, District Judge T.S. Ellis strongly challenged the authority Mueller and his team have to veer off into prosecuting financial crimes, such as the ones lodged against one-time Trump Campaign Chairman Paul Manafort.
Ellis specifically wanted to know why Mueller’s team had no trouble referring the Michael Cohen case to the Southern District of New York but continues to handle the prosecution of Manafort on financial allegations unrelated to Russian involvement in the 2016 campaign.
“I don’t see what relation this indictment has with what the special counsel is authorized to investigate,” Ellis said Friday.

Just heard the Logan Act was repealed or some such....regardless, Kerry is committing treason.

Exactly! The hardcore, Anti- American left (new Democrat and Socialist party) is the epitome of evil IMHO.

    ANOTHER JUDGE REJECTS MUELLER MOVE

Judge rejects Mueller's request for delay in Russian troll farm case

Russian firm linked to Putin's chef accuses special counsel of 'pettifoggery.'

A federal judge has rejected special counsel Robert Mueller’s request to delay the first court hearing in a criminal case charging three Russian companies and 13 Russian citizens with using social media and other means to foment strife among Americans in advance of the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
In a brief order Saturday evening, U.S. District Court Judge Dabney Friedrich offered no explanation for her decision to deny a request prosecutors made Friday to put off the scheduled Wednesday arraignment for Concord Management and Consulting, one of the three firms charged in the case.

The 13 people charged in the high-profile indictment in February are considered unlikely to ever appear in a U.S. court. The three businesses accused of facilitating the alleged Russian troll farm operation — the Internet Research Agency, Concord Management, and Concord Catering — were also expected to simply ignore the American criminal proceedings.
Last month, however, a pair of Washington-area lawyers suddenly surfaced in the case, notifying the court that they represent Concord Management. POLITICO reported at the time that the move appeared to be a bid to force Mueller’s team to turn over relevant evidence to the Russian firm and perhaps even to bait prosecutors into an embarrassing dismissal in order to avoid disclosing sensitive information.

Showing just how short-sighted and worse Obama & Co were, the Navy’s Second Fleet was deactivated because, in their view, Russia was not a threat or anything.

In May of 2018, the Navy’s CNO has announced the reactivation of the Second Fleet.

Heck! due to so much budget gutting to our military under obummer there was a period we did not have a single carrier at sea!!! That marked the first time dating back to some time in the early 1930's.

And keep in mind, national defense is a big line item in the budget, so when obummer gutted it to the tune of $hundreds of billions, the national deficit/debt continued to skyrocket at record pace. So, where did all that money go? Not to our national infrastructure, not to anything tangible we can see. I have an idea where it went...

I agree if it's really true. To be honesty, the Deep State could be part of this story as well. Who the heck knows.

AT&T and Novartis also paid him hundreds of thousands - to the same LLC he paid off Stormy Daniels with. At a minimum, the Trump circle looks crooked and swampy.

That makes me all the more believe that any Trump story to this isn't true. Deep State Dems, Rino GOP and crooked FBI heads will be the guilty ones.

Okay. Under what scenario would they be the guilty ones? Spell out your conspiracy theory.

Trump operates a lot like a mafia boss. Why can’t you see that? If he is ultimately cleared of wrongdoing it is only because his made men knew to protect him from being actually complicit in their criminal wrongdoings. Trump and his family’s economic power and influence arose when the mafia still exerted its influence in NYC. It would be truly surprising if his building in NYC and Atlantic City were not built or acquired without any mafia involvement. Even the idea of having a “fixer” is steeped in mafia tradition.

It's spelled out in the conservative media every day. Expand your horizons and by doing so your mind. Heck my man, I read the liberal rants and rags online and see what the lying CNN and MSNBC etc. have to say as well. But I still post what I consider the more logical and theoretical truth vs. just the emotional "I hope this is it because I hate Trump " senario.

I’m sure he could wrap it up much more quickly if Trump would do an interview.
