Ultimately it's a Tech marketing fail. Cane's got my money and Tech isn't.
No clue about DQ. The ad says the coupon isn't available at any DQ within an hour's drive of me.

Yes Im afraid this can all boil down to a manager not reading his email. But, maybe if you want to get your ticket discount see if the ticket office will accept your reciept as a proof you went and tell them your problem.
Good idea. Print the ad. Show them that and the receipt. If they don't act right send it to the AD and President. This crap has gotten ridiculous.
Clearly, for Canes it says all Ruston, Shreveport, and Bossier City locations.
I'd take my receipt and the tweet to the ticket office and demand $4 tickets.
