J'Mar at #71.

1. We don't even know that he's starting.
2. I have a hard time believing that there are 70 QBs better than he is regardless. Certainly not LSU at #63.

From what I saw at Arkansas, he's pretty good with the simplified playbook.

1. A lot of schools haven't announced who will be the starter, so i'm sure Athlon went with whoever they think will be the starter for a lot of schools
2. There's not a whole lot of tape on J'mar to prove he is great. Yea there's the Arkansas game and some garbage time in blowout games, but it's not enough compared to QBs that are seniors/started multiple games.

I have just as much, if not more, faith in J'Mar than anyone, but a lot of those ahead of him have multiple starts/more experience. I'm actually surprised he's as high as he is and that they actually put SEC QBs behind him.

Just my opinion, but I think J'Mar is going to have a great season and the Dawgs are going to kick ass!!!!

He's one of the most gifted QB's athletically we've had in some time. His first game ever he played about as well as you could ask, and he played very well every other time he was given a shot. I just hope we have some WR's step up to fill in the void left by CH and TT's departure.
