In four complete seasons at NSU he was 113-113 with zero post season appearances. I mentioned this fact when he was hired. He was 16-40 in his first season there, thus 97-73 in the last three. His best year was 2015, 31-23 overall and 20-8 in the SLC, good enough to finish 2nd. He is, AT BEST, a mediocre coach. Do we want a mediocre coach?

I think we should cut bait now, and start the search for a real baseball coach.
