We didn't win today, but I feel much better about the way they're playing than I did two weeks ago. If we could somehow pull out a W tomorrow, I feel good about us making some serious headway at home in the conference standings. Is Harris getting the ball tomorrow?

Worst check swing strike I've ever seen. Happened immediately after Tech gets its first hit.

T4 Game still 0-0. Gladu leadoff walk. Diaz strikes out on a check swing. Fly out. Gladu steals 2nd. RBI single off RF wall for Lunceford.
B4- Single and LF fielding error puts ODU runner on 2nd. Sac bunt moves him to 3rd. High fly to shallow RF keeps the runner at 3rd. Ground out. Tech leads 1-0 after 4 complete.

T5- Leadoff single for Jon W. Skelton sac bunt. Hamilton ground out. Jordan W ground out to 1st.
B5- Leadoff single up the middle. Pop fly out. Single into RF- runners on the corners. Sac fly ties the game. Fly out.

T6- Gladu leads off with a single. Diaz DOUBLES! Baserunners 2/3 with no outs! RBI ground out for Boggs. New pitcher. 2-1 Tech! Lunceford strikes out. Ullrich grounds out to strand another runner on 3rd.
B6- No damage.

T7- Skelton single. Hamilton walk. Two ground outs. Diving catch robs Gladu of a two RBI double. Tech lead stays 2-1 at the stretch.
B7- Harris still on the mound. Foul out. Walk (Harris' first of the day). Fly out. Pickoff throwing error by Harris moves the runner to 2nd. Nasty Nate STRIKE OUT!!!

Skelton has the makings of a very good leadoff hitter, next year.

T8- ODU's 5th pitcher (Lopez- yesterday's closer) takes the mound. Diaz leadoff walk. Boggs sac bunt. RBI single in LCF for Lunceford! 3-1 Tech Ullrich strike out. Single Jon W. Skelton ground out to strand two.
B8- Nate Harris still toeing the rubber. Ground out to Skelton. Ground out to Skelton again. Triple off CF wall. Ahlrich warming up in the bull pen for Tech. RBI single. Triple. Tie game 3-3. Now the ODU coach is out arguing it should be a home run. ODU has argued 1 or more calls in every game of this series. Pitching change for Tech. Ground out to Skelton.

T9- Hamilton fly out. HOME RUN Jordan Washam (#5 on the year for him)!!! Gladu ground out. Diaz hit in the back by pitch and it was not due to crowding the plate, it was just a really bad pitch.
