Nobody says it was Tech's fault. I don't blame Tech when a Tech athlete does something wrong or illegal, any more than I would blame Tech for any non-athlete student getting in trouble with the law. I don't blame ULL for this incident. My point, as others have made, is that we shouldn't throw stones at any other school regarding a situation like this. We've had our own problems, and we almost certainly will have more in the future. That's the nature of college athletics.

Who's 'throwing stones'? This is football sports news that I posted for people who are interested to read about and express themselves. I recall a QB who got a DWI getting muuuuuuuuch more 'stone throwing' FOR MONTHS by some of the exact same BB&B individuals who are saying "don't throw stones", "whistle past the graveyard", and whatever other clichés they wish to throw out. It is still a news story to either read or don't, but telling people to not have an opinion is just ignorant.
ULL has earned every stone thrown their way. Coach Hud Roid and his thug players are idiots. It took 13 Leopards to break into another student's dorm room to steal Grand Theft Auto, shoes, socks, boxers, ski cap, toenail clippers, hair lotion, $3, and other stuff. You can't make this up! This is after consecutive losing seasons, losing several scholarships due to major NCAA violations, and kicking a player off for an alleged rape. ULL's program is a dumpster fire, and they are paying Coach Hud Roid over $1 million/year.
Please stop buying anything said on Ragin' Pagin. It was not a prank.
From The Advertiser: ULL police Lt. Billy Abrams on Wednesday squashed a circulating rumor that the incident was a prank. “Based on our investigation,” he said, “this was not a prank.”
And ULL ought to be taken to court over their illegal name nonsense.

IN HUD WE TRUST!! This couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch!
40 ain't old
College kids do stupid things, including really stupid pranks. This has the overwhelming feel of a STUPID prank, especially since they all grouped together to break in. If it was a robbery, there would have been just two or three guys.
College kids breaking into each other's dorm rooms, apartments and cars probably happens more than most think. I know I've done stupid stuff in college that was as stupid as this was, IF it was a prank on a friend.
"pranks" are never pranks or humorous to those on the receiving end of property destruction and/or theft.
I'll post this again...
