Oh, yeah, really nice rally and great pitching by Sullivan gives us Game 1.
Sullivan got his first win of the season (1-0) tonight. He allowed us to save Nasty Nate for all day tomorrow.
What makes you think he would have used Nate?
He's used Nate to close on Friday then start him on Sunday before. Fortunately that wasn't needed today.
He had a stable full of relievers to use tonight. He named them all in the pre-game and post game shows, but never mentioned using our Saturday starter tonight.
We seem to score a bunch of runs from about the 7th inning on.

Yes, he said he had Hasler and I think Ahlrich hot in the pen ready to close it out. No Nate.

Going to be in Miami today for the Marlins vrs. Braves tonight in my first ever DOME baseball stadium!
I couldn't listen to the game until the 8th inning. I see Griffen was hammered in the 4th. Did we make both errors in that inning or did Marshall just get on him good?

It all started with a passed ball on a strike out with Diaz which was actually a wild pitch cause Griffen crossed him up and missed his spot big time...
That would of been out one
Next batter hits a fly to center off the end of the bat and Ullrich broke back first which caused him to be a step short and he couldn't make the play...
That would of been out 2
Next two batters had good solid hits but he should of escaped with only giving up 2 runs at most

A rare E6 and an E4(Boggs). Neither one hurt bad, but both were really bad errors.
